For event businesses
A certificate that’s current today can still lapse before the event
Most tracking stops at “is this in date?” This one also checks each certificate against the date of the event the vendor is actually booked for. A certificate expiring the week before a September wedding shows up as a problem in July, not on the day.
What this doesn’t do
It records what a certificate says and compares the limits against the minimums you set. It does not decide whether anyone’s coverage is adequate, and it isn’t insurance or legal advice — that judgement stays yours, and your broker stays your broker.
Every document is reviewed and approved by a person on your team. Nothing is ever marked approved automatically.
